A reimagined Frazier's reopens
NC State students returning back to class have another restaurant option on their main drag. David’s Dumpling and Noodle Bar opened right before the school year on the corner at Oberlin and while not exactly brand new, a reimagined Frazier’s has now just opened its doors.
